Our raisins come from Fergana Valley vineyards and are sun-dried in the traditional way. We run five grades — Malayar, Sultana, Natural, Crimson and Jumbo Golden — which differ in size, colour and price rather than in processing.
Nothing is added and nothing is coated. The sweetness is the grape's own, concentrated by drying rather than by syrup.

At 17% moisture or less, raisins ship without refrigeration and hold their softness for a year in sealed cartons.
